Biografía



Rosa Pereyra nació el 5 de mayo de 1957 en Shangrilá, Canelones Uruguay.


Su pasión por las artes plásticas, literarias y musicales estuvieron presentes en su vida desde muy temprana edad.


Inicialmente, cursa estudios de artesanía, grabado en madera, pintura vitral, canto lírico y piano.


Sus estudios de pintura comenzaron en 1996, en el Taller de Graciela Suarez, perfeccionandose posteriormente en el Taller de Luis Arias.


Actualmente trabaja en su atelier en Punta del Este.


Su pintura, en esencia abstracta, mezcla de entorno, colores e inconsciente que da alas a la imaginación de quien la contempla.
